The official English magazine of the Moraitis School, The Lyre, founded by IB2 students Katerina Sofianou and Niki Bouzoura, is now officially a publication of the student community (KKS).

What started as a CAS project has now been transformed into a collaborative effort in the form of a physical publication, together with the support of Ms. Kostikina, the magazine’s faculty advisor, and Ms.Dounia.

With the theme of “Empowerment” for the 2025 edition and “It’s A Small World, Afterall” for the upcoming 2026 edition, this literary magazine aims to give a voice to all students, from both the Main School and the IB. With an editorial team of 20 students, the publication is a showcase of collaboration and the creativity, identity, and culture of the Moraitis School community
