Anti-Stress Breathing and Well-Being Techniques

As part of the school’s educational and cultural initiatives, Pre-IB first-year students participated in an interactive workshop titled “Anti-Stress Breathing and Well-Being Techniques”. The seminar aimed to provide holistic approach to physical and mental health.

Ms. Maria Maleviti, a certified yoga instructor, introduced students to stress management techniques through controlled breathing and fundamental meditation principles.

In the next session, Ms. Stefania Kontomichalou, a yoga, fitness, and well-being coach, guided students in creating a balanced daily routine, focusing on nutrition, sleep, and exercise.
