Mock Trial with The Lawyer Portal

Our school organised a Mock Trial on Saturday 20 February, which was led by barrister Tommy Seagull of The Lawyer Portal, working in partnership with the General Council of the Bar. The 28 students from Gymnasium, Lykeio and A' Lykeio/PreIB who participated in a trial based on a real case, had the opportunity to act as lawyers, prosecutors, jury and defendants, Preparation in law and the UK legal system was coordinated by Dionysia Anastasopoulou and the event was organized by Elizabeth Ball, Deputy IB Coordinator. Congratulations to all for excellent research and preparation. The quality of the participation and speeches were impressive!
